Langfolio is a study-tracking application that lets you log study time, earn points and badges, and compare progress with other users on leaderboards. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting false study data, attempting to manipulate leaderboards or points, harassing other users, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service. Accounts found to be gaming the system may be shadowbanned or suspended.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, including study logs and screenshots. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the service.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Langfolio is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Langfolio and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
